Siberia, Russia. Russian President Vladmir Putin has provide solution to capitalist American problem. He send American Congress one case vodka and one case hand-washed cash to each Senator. Same for Speaker and his house. Republicans also get signed photo of Putin on horse and other big, big prize. For this deal, Trump and Sessions and all the Secretary in his Cabinet just sent to Siberia to shovel snow into crater made by the global warming problems. Congress gives big thumbs up to deal and now Putin is American President, officially.
Good thing because Trump is just in time to receive big prize. Trump and Putin have won together the so-called Nobel Nixon Prize, the international award for political corruption. FFN will be there at award ceremony. Former winners Ollie North and Dick Cheney will co-MC. Should be some good old Soviet style jokes.
